Emo-Demo Module Challenge

Feeding behavior in infants and young children in accordance with the stages of child development is one of the most important factors in improving their nutritional status. In Indonesia however, this has not yet been implemented optimally.

The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia have developed an Emo-Demo Module that has been used in the program to improve nutrition of the First 1000 Days of Life (1000 HPK) since 2014. The program has been proven to increase the exclusive breastfeeding and the infant and young children feeding (IYCF) practice).

GAIN and the Indonesian Ministry of Health invite you to show your concrete action and creativity in improving the quality of feeding behaviour for infants and young children by joining the Emo-Demo Module Making Competition!
