Join Emo-Demo Module Challenge

GAIN and the Indonesian Ministry of Health invite you to show your concrete action and creativity in improving the quality of feeding behaviour for infants and young children in Indonesia by joining the Emo-Demo Module Making Competition.  From this competition, it is expected that there will be several new Emo-Demo modules that can add information about infant and young children feeding (IYCF) practices for the mothers.

Registration Criteria

Individual / Group / Institution

Draft the Emo-Demo module using the format provided

Fill out the registration form

Send a maximum of 2 (two) modules for individual participants and a maximum of 6 (six) modules for group / institution participants.

Assessment criteria

1. Module Concept

  • The game must have the following elements:

– Interactive and can be played in groups
– Able to arouse the emotions of participants, such as affection, pride, sadness, disgust, etc.
– Have a storyline
– Based on real things in everyday life
– Must have a surprise element

  • Conformity of the key behavior that will be improved or changed with the competition theme
  • Conformity of the key behavior to be improved / changed with the key messages
  • Key messages are specific, concise, and clear
  • Time needed to play is not too short / too long
  • The game steps are clear, easy to understand, and use dialogue examples
  • Game creativity

2. Game Props

  • Easy to get, make, or duplicate
  • Easy to use
  • Affordable to make or procure
  • Effective and efficient in helping deliver key messages
